Kemudian beliau berpindah ke Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang sebagai pegawai perubatan di mana beliau berkhidmat di bawah Jabatan Pediatrik. Di bawah Jabatan Pediatrik, Dr. Vaishini memberi tumpuan kepada Penjagaan Pediatrik dan Neonatal Am. Beliau telah menamatkan Program Resusitasi Neonatal, mengambil bahagian di bawah pasukan Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN), dan berkhidmat sebagai barisan hadapan untuk COVID 19 di wad Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI). Seorang profesional yang rendah hati dan bersemangat dengan pengalaman bertahun-tahun dalam mengendalikan pesakit dengan berhati-hati dan menyediakan rawatan yang optimum. Dia mempunyai minat khusus untuk meneruskan pengajian dalam Dermatologi dan kesihatan Wanita. Dr Vaishini boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Melayu, Inggeris, Mandarin, dan Tamil.

In 2019, Dr. Vaishini transitioned to Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah,
Klang, where she served as a medical officer in the Paediatric
Department. Expanding her expertise further, Dr. Vaishini dedicated two
years, from 2021 to 2023, to a dedicated sexual health clinic, Dr Tan &
Partners Clinic (DTAP) where she delved into the complexities of men’s
and women’s health. This experience ignited her passion for women’s and
sexual health, culminating in her current pursuit of a Professional
Women’s Health Certificate recognized by the Royal Australian College of
General Practitioners (RACGP).

Dr. Vaishini, driven by a profound commitment to address unmet
healthcare needs, co-founded Femina Clinic in 2024, recognizing the
imperative to provide specialized services in women’s sexual health. This
initiative emerged from her firsthand experience and observation of the
gaps in existing healthcare provisions. By establishing Femina Clinic, Dr.
Vaishini endeavors to offer comprehensive and compassionate care
tailored to the unique needs of women, ensuring access to essential
services and support in matters of sexual health.

Dr. Vaishini’s professional journey is characterized by humility, passion,
and a steadfast commitment to patient-centered care. Fluent in Malay,
English, Mandarin, and Tamil, she ensures effective communication with a
diverse patient base, fostering trust and understanding. With a wealth of
experience and a focus on continual improvement, Dr. Vaishini stands
ready to provide tailored and compassionate care to all those under her
charge.

Beliau menerima kelayakan pakar MRCOG daripada Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists di United Kingdom pada tahun 2014 dan diiktiraf sebagai pakar O&G oleh Kementerian Kesihatan pada tahun berikutnya.

Dr. Salleha kemudian menjalankan latihan sub-spesialisasi dalam Perubatan Pembiakan pada tahun 2016, bermula dengan Fellowship dalam Pembedahan Invasif Minimal di Jabatan O&G Hospital Putrajaya, diikuti dengan Fellowship dalam Perubatan Pembiakan dan Kesuburan di Unit Medically Assisted Conception (MAC) Hospital Canselor Tuanku Mizan (UKM). Beliau kemudian meneruskan latihan Fellowship sebagai Clinical Fellow dalam Kesihatan Pembiakan Seksual di Pusat Kesuburan Newcastle di United Kingdom, di mana beliau kemudian disahkan dalam Pembantu Konsepsi oleh British Fertility Society pada tahun 2019.

Setelah menyelesaikan latihan sub-spesialisasi, Dr. Salleha menyertai Sophea Fertility Centre pada tahun 2020 sebagai Pakar Kesuburan di mana beliau terus memberi tumpuan secara eksklusif kepada Perubatan Pembiakan. Sejak itu, Dr. Salleha menggunakan media sosial untuk meningkatkan kesedaran tentang kesuburan dan kesihatan wanita secara umum. Beliau bertujuan untuk menghapuskan stigma yang berkaitan dengan topik-topik ini dan memberdayakan wanita untuk mengawal kesejahteraan mereka sendiri. Pos maklumat dan tip praktikal beliau telah dihargai secara meluas oleh pengikut. Dengan menghapuskan tabu dan mitos, Dr. Salleha membolehkan wanita membuat pilihan yang bijak tentang kesihatan mereka.

Tidak lama kemudian, Dr. Salleha menyedari keperluan untuk perkhidmatan ginekologi yang lebih inklusif dan komprehensif yang diperuntukkan khas untuk kesihatan seksual. Hasilnya, beliau menubuhkan Femina pada tahun 2023 untuk memperluas penawaran klinikal yang kini ada untuk wanita, yang menyediakan pelbagai pilihan rawatan bukan pembedahan yang disesuaikan dengan keperluan setiap pesakit.

She received her MRCOG specialist qualification from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the United Kingdom in 2014 and was gazetted as an O&G specialist by the Ministry of Health the following year.

Dr Salleha then pursued sub-specialty training in Reproductive Medicine in 2016, beginning with a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at Putrajaya Hospital’s O&G department, followed by a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Fertility at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Mizan’s Medically Assisted Conception (MAC) unit (UKM). She then continued her fellowship training as a Clinical Fellow in Sexual Reproductive Health at the Newcastle Fertility Center in the United Kingdom, where she was later certified in Assisted Conception by the British Fertility Society in 2019.

Following the completion of the sub-speciality training, Dr Salleha joined Sophea Fertility Centre in 2020 as a Fertility Specialists where she continues to exclusively focus her practice in Reproductive Medicine. Since then, Dr. Salleha has used social media to raise awareness about fertility and women’s health in general. She aims to remove the stigma surrounding these topics and empower women to take control of their well-being. Her informative posts and practical tips have been widely appreciated by followers. By dispelling down taboos and myths, Dr. Salleha is enabling women to make informed choices about their health.

Soon after, Dr. Salleha realized the need for a more inclusive and comprehensive gynaecological services dedicated to sexual health. As a result, she established Femina in 2023 to broaden the clinical offerings currently available for women, which provides a wide range of non-invasive treatment options tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
